Indiabulls Housing Fin to raise Rs400 cr on Private Placement basis
Indiabulls Housing Finance said that it has proposed to issue 4,000 Secured Non-Convertible Redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs10 lakh each aggregating to Rs400 crore, on Private Placement basis.
The company has proposed to issue 4,000 Secured Non-Convertible Redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 400 crore, on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on September 7, 2015, on the terms and conditions.

Tata Steel rallies on nod for Rs1, 877 cr expansion project
Tata Steel Ltd has received final environment clearance for its Rs1,877 crore expansion project to be carried out at Jamshedpur Steel Works in Jharkhand. 
The Environment Ministry has considered the application based on the recommendations of the Expert Appraisal Committee (Industry-I) and decided to grant environment clearance (EC) to the proposal for expansion of crude steel production at Tata Steel Works.

Shares of Indian auto major spurted over 6% to Rs337 on NSE after its Jaguar Land Rover February 2016 US Retail volumes came up by 25.3% YoY to 7,929 units; positive for Tata Motors
Jaguar volumes were up 7.2% YoY to 1,512 units.
Land Rover volumes for the month were up by 30.5% YoY to 6,417 units, on the back of sustained demand for the refreshed line of SUV’s.
