·VST Tillers announces sales Quantity for Dec 31, 2014
VST Tillers Tractor s announced the sales quantity for quarter ended December 2014. The Company's sales of Power Tillers stood at 4057 units in quarter ended December 2014 compared to 6427 units in corresponding quarter of previous year. The Company achieved Tractor sales of 1327 units in quarter ended December 2014 compared to 2172 units in corresponding quarter of previous year.

·SPIC Q3FY2015: No clarity on subsidy; stock down
Shares of SPIC fell nearly 3% to Rs19.25 on BSE led by no clarity on subsidy which has forced shut down of urea production for the quarter. Plant remains shut down during the quarter due to no clarity on the subsidy payment by the government hence company was not able to manufacture urea for the quareter. Company reported loss of Rs40 crore which include foreign exchange loss of Rs14.5 crore adjusting to that company reported loss of Rs25.5 crore.

·Natco Pharma dips on weaker than expected nos
Natco reported a 5% decline in revenues, 177Bps drop in OPM and near flat adjusted net profit of Rs29 crore. Reported net profit fell by 52% to Rs14.3 crore due to exceptional expenditure of Rs15 crore (related to settlements of legal disputes)The result is weaker than street expectation.The Board of Directors have  recommended an interim dividend of Rs.5 per equity share.

·Rel Power inks MoU with Govt of Rajasthan
Reliance Power ( RPower)& the Government of Rajasthan has signed Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) to develop 6000 MW of solar power projects in the State of Rajasthan over the period of next 10 years.

·IFB Inds to introduce machines with varying capacities in April 2015
IFB Industries announced that mass production of Top Loader Washing Machines will start from February 12, 2015 at the Goa factory. The trial/ batch production has already started from January 28, 2015 and imports have been stopped. By April 2015, different capacities will be introduced across India ranging from 6.5 Kg to 9.5 Kg Machines.

·Claris Life Science jumps 20% as big pharma eyes takeover
Shares of Claris Life Science jumped to hit 20% upper circuit at Rs248.20 on BSE in otherwise weak markets as big pharma eyes takeover of injectables business of Claris for Rs2500 - Rs3000 crore (see some positive action in Claris Life).Several Indian pharma giants are competing with their global peers as the race to acquire the generic sterile injectables business of Ahmadabad-headquartered Claris Life sciences (CLL) is hotting up.

·Reliance Capital Q3 consolidated net profit up 28% (YoY)
Reliance Capital Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014:Standalone Net Profit rose 13.43% to Rs76.00 crore Vs Rs67.00 crore (YoY).Total Income increased 3.87% to Rs805.00 crore Vs Rs775.00 crore (YoY).Consolidated Net Profit rose 28.31% to Rs213.00 crore Vs Rs166.00 crore (YoY).Total Income increased 11.48% to Rs2106.00 crore Vs Rs1889.00 crore (YoY).

·Reliance Infra surges on setting up three wholly-owned subsidiaries
Reliance Infrastructure has announced that the Company has set up three wholly owned subsidiaries viz. Reliance Defence Systems Pvt. Ltd, Reliance Defence Technologies Pvt. Ltd and Reliance Defence and Aerospace Pvt. Ltd to pursue growth opportunities in the defence sector.
