DLF records sharpest single day fall on Sebi ban; stock hit lifetime low
Shares of real estate major DLF recorded the sharpest single day fall since the company's listing on the bourses on July 2007, after the market regulator,  Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), barred real estate major and six of its top executives, including Chairman K P Singh, from accessing the capital market for three years.

Banking shares extend gain post September WPI data
Banking shares were trading higher by up to 4%, extending their Monday’s gain, in otherwise subdued market after the Wholesale Price Index (WPI)-based inflation declined to its lowest level in five years at 2.38% in September from 3.74% in the previous month.

Symphony hits record high on strong Q2 results
Shares of consumer durables firm Symphony has surged 8% to Rs 1,577 on NSE after reporting a strong 51% year-on-year (yoy) jump in net profit at Rs 21.63 crore for the quarter ended September 2014 (Q2), on back of healthy revenue growth. The company had registered a net profit of Rs 14.32 crore during the same quarter year ago.

Den Networks soars over 40% in one week
Den Networks has surged 16% to Rs 180, extending its past four day’s rally, on back of heavy volumes on National Stock Exchange (NSE).
